TechTarget’s stock price fell $2.74, or 10.7%, over two consecutive trading days to close at $22.80 per share on December 10, 2024, following a December 6, 2025, disclosure regarding identified “errors” in its financial reporting. The Company stated that previous statements, specifically those in the Registration Statement concerning the “Informa Tech Digital Businesses of Informa PLC,” were no longer reliable and required restatement.
